General structure

The Estore template has been chosen in its free version. We required a simple template since the primary features of the site (bibliography, meetings, panels, seminars, summer school, and events) had to be implemented through customization. The template allows for the presence of two menus: one main menu and one for the login procedure.

Customization todo

Bibliography is the most complex structure of the system. It was created in a Drupal environment and it looks at the needs  of a bibliography more complex than the current one.

TABLES

The tables named biblio_* are the same as in the preceding Drupal version, retaining their original names. There are two exceptions:  biblio_node, and biblio_fields_ris_codes.

Biblio_node contains the data stored in the node table, a characteristic of Drupal, with the field type set to biblio.
Biblio_fields_ris_codes contains the correspondence between RIS and BibTeX tags and the field names in the biblio table. It is derived from the biblio_fields table in the Drupal version.

The tables named moisa_* are those created by WordPress. There are two exceptions:
– moisa_associates created by analogy to moisa_users (see Associates ans send emails)
– moisa_stat storing a record when a user select the details of an item in the bibliography

The tables named news_* are used by Events
The tables named topics_* are used by Forum
The tables named elements_* are used by Meetings, Panels, Seminars and Summer schools.
